About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead production operations and ensure targets are achieved
- Coordinate production activities with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, waste and equipment downtime
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, Food and beverage production processes
- Experience leading and managing teams
