Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, vital signs and health screenings
- Provide patient education and preventive-care guidance
- Administer medications and support chronic-disease management
- Collaborate with the clinic care team
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
- Deliver health education to patients and families
- Follow NHI protocols and infection-control standards
- Participate in quality-improvement activities
Requirements
