About the role

Lead and coordinate hospital maintenance activities so facilities, equipment and grounds remain safe, functional and well maintained.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance requests
Maintain checklists and work-tracking records
Review completed work for quality
Troubleshoot, repair or escalate facility issues
Monitor mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, buildings, equipment and grounds
Plan proactive maintenance and problem-solving
Manage tools and supplies
Schedule work and coordinate contractors
Follow safety, infection-control and facility standards
Prepare maintenance reports
