About the role

The Ministry of Finance invites qualified individuals to apply for the 24-month contractual position of Gender and Digital Inclusion Technical Coordinator under the Digital Innovation to Boost Economic Development in Belize project (BL-T1171). The project, financed by the European Union through the Inter-American Development Bank, promotes digitalisation among Belizean businesses, particularly micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The coordinator will support BELTRAIDE’s administration, implementation and monitoring of all project activities, with emphasis on greater participation of women-led, women-owned and rural entrepreneurs. The position is based in the BELTRAIDE office in Belmopan. Selection follows the IDB’s individual consultant selection method. Requirements

  • Must be legally able to work in Belize for the duration of the assignment
  • Open to nationals of IDB member countries, EU member countries, and other countries eligible under EU funding rules
