Bowen & Bowen is hiring an Education Coordinator in Belize City.

Responsibilities

Design and implement personalized lesson plans for the student in English and Spanish, ensuring the curriculum aligns with academic standards
Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that supports the student's overall academic and personal growth
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, building strong relationships and promoting open communication and collaboration
Provide regular progress reports and feedback highlighting areas of strengths and areas for improvement

Bachelor Degree in Education or a related field, with a teaching certification preferred
Experience with home schooling, distance learning, or one-on-one tutoring
Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish
Willingness to travel and work a year-round schedule
Possession of a US visa or the ability to obtain one
