Responsibilities
- Oversee route deliveries, ensuring accurate, on-time service and consistent customer satisfaction
- Maintain accountability for route inventory, including load validation and discrepancy reporting
- Ensure fleet safety and policy compliance through inspections and safe work practices
- Lead delivery assistants to support efficient route execution and customer service
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in delivery, distribution, or route supervision, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including route timing, inventory control, and customer service
- A valid B2 driver’s license
