Responsibilities
- Support internal and external customers by phone, chat and email
- Aim to resolve issues in a single contact
- Act as a liaison with branch locations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Authorized to work in Belize
- Flexible availability within hours of operation
