About the role
The Government of Belize invites suitably qualified applicants to fill the position of Crown Counsel in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Applications are received by the Judicial and Legal Services Commission.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognised institution and a Legal Education Certificate or equivalent
- Qualified to practise as an attorney-at-law in Belize, or a Commonwealth advocate with unlimited jurisdiction
- Admitted to practise law in Belize or another Commonwealth jurisdiction
- Professional conduct that maintains public confidence in the standards of the legal profession
- A high level of personal integrity
