About the role

Harvest Caye, Norwegian Cruise Line’s island destination in southern Belize (operated by Belize Island Holdings Ltd.), is hiring a Concierge to cover the Information Center, Wave Runner check-in, pool cabanas, day beds and beach villas, reporting to the Concierge Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Handle guest special requests and complaints
Check guests in and out of villas and cabanas
Clean villas and cabanas
Log lost and found items and keep waiver records
Hand out and collect locker wristbands and collect activity tickets
Clean up after each ship call

Requirements

High school diploma, preferably in tourism or equivalent
18 or older
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Sales focus
Knowledge of Belize’s history and tourism products
Excellent English
Flexible schedule
