About the role

itel, a customer experience and BPO company, is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work on-site in Belize City. Hands-on training is provided.

Responsibilities

Greet customers courteously and listen with empathy
Learn the company’s systems and tools
Research and answer customer questions
Record customer interactions in the CRM system
Be punctual for scheduled shifts and act on feedback

Requirements

High school diploma
0–6 months of BPO customer service experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Authorized to work in Belize, 18 or older, with valid identification
Willing to work on-site in Belize City
