About the role
itel is hiring Bilingual Buyer Care Specialists in Belize City to register and support buyers on an online auction platform.
Responsibilities
- Register prospective buyers and verify their documents
- Set up online bidding and auction accounts
- Audit branch accounts for accuracy and compliance
- Resolve questions by phone, chat or email in a single contact
- Act as a liaison with branches and translate when needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Authorized to work in Belize
Preferred qualifications
- Automotive, insurance or rental-car background
- Administrative experience
