About the role

Harvest Caye, Norwegian Cruise Line’s island destination in southern Belize (operated by Belize Island Holdings Ltd.), is hiring a Bartender responsible for beverage service and sales and for supervising barbacks.

Responsibilities

Prepare drinks to standard recipes
Take orders and make recommendations to guests
Check identification for alcohol service
Restock the bar
Supervise barbacks

Requirements

High school diploma
2 years of food and beverage experience
Proven bartending experience and knowledge of mixology
Point-of-sale and computer skills
Food handler’s certificate

Preferred qualifications

A second language
Bartender certification
