Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to Company policies and service standards
- Lead and develop the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maintain service excellence
- Manage inventory and product quality, including stock rotation, ordering, and quality control
- Drive customer satisfaction and sales, resolving concerns and supporting efficient, high-quality service
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or Certification in Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a food and beverage setting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in barista or front-of-house operations
- Strong leadership, customer service, and team development skills
