About the role

Harvest Caye, Norwegian Cruise Line’s island destination in southern Belize (operated by Belize Island Holdings Ltd.), is hiring a Barista for its island café.

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold drinks and café food
Take payments
Restock supplies and update signage
Track inventory
Maintain espresso equipment
Follow food safety standards

Requirements

High school diploma, preferably with a hospitality, tourism or food and beverage focus
Customer service and restaurant experience
Point-of-sale experience
Food handler’s certificate

Preferred qualifications

Previous barista experience
