About the role

Harvest Caye, Norwegian Cruise Line’s island destination in southern Belize (operated by Belize Island Holdings Ltd.), is hiring a Barback to support its bartenders.

Responsibilities

Stock ice, mixers, liquor and beer
Check taps and clean the bar
Run food and clean up spills and glass
Take out trash
Help track liquor inventory
Set up and break down the bar

Requirements

High school diploma
Food handler’s certificate
Good English
Physically fit

Preferred qualifications

Barback experience
