Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Lead, coach and develop the team, supporting training performance and engagement
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and inventory control
- Drive service excellence and improve operational performance
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
- Experience in an Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in front-of-house restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
